Torre-Pacheco Explained

Torre-Pacheco is a Spanish municipality in the autonomous community of Murcia. It has a population of 27,400 (2005) and an area of 189.4 km². The only elevation of the municipality is the Cabezo Gordo, where the Sima de las Palomas is. The second oldest human remains in the Iberian Peninsula after Atapuerca were found in this cave.
