The figures are mid-year population estimates for 2007 for the Districts of England, from the Office for National Statistics.^[1]

All listed below are non-metropolitan districts unless otherwise stated to be London boroughs or metropolitan boroughs. The Isle of Wight, City of London and the Isles of Scilly are the only local authorities in England that are not one of the aforementioned three types.
